She has been a very successful Realtor and trusted advisor to her clients over the years, has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from UC Riverside, attended Western State University Law School. Susan possesses a strong background in Contracts Management from the Construction Industry. Her knowledge in complicated transactions, including 1031 Exchanges and Trust sales are second to none. She belongs to the San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Susan and her husband Steve, are both Southern California Natives and keep real estate a “family affair”. Steve is a 30 plus years commercial real estate expert and this year they celebrate 33 years together. Susan and her husband have two adult children, a daughter that lives and works in San Diego as a softward developer, a son that is also software developer living in Bellevue, WA and working in Redmond, WA and two rescue fur babies.
