Mary Patricia Sparks is originally from the Midwest, Mary is a long time Coronado resident, a seasoned professional with more than 20 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate. She began her career in Multifamily, her first sale in 1999 was a record $12.5 Million Dollars for a large Apartment complex. Branching out into Hotel Development for Marriott & Hilton Hotels, including projects all over Southern California, Mary continued to expand into Warehouse/Office Sales and Leasing for Clients that include the San Diego Symphony, RAD Power Bikes, Sundance Custom Golf Carts and much more. She recognizes and truly values the trust her clients have in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations.
